Who we are

This site (tickets.digitalmarketingmastersclub.com) sells tickets to events organized by Digital Marketing Masters Club. Ticket transactions are processed by Eventbrite. We do not handle payment information.

Information we collect

When you visit this site or purchase a ticket, we collect:

  • Browsing data: Your IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps.
  • Marketing identifiers: If you arrive via a Facebook or Instagram ad, we capture the click ID (fbclid) so we can attribute your visit to the ad.
  • Cookies: A first-party cookie that stores your Facebook click ID (`_fbc`) for up to 90 days. Meta's pixel may set additional cookies for advertising purposes.
  • Purchase data: When you buy a ticket through Eventbrite's checkout, we receive your name, email, phone number (if provided), and the order details from Eventbrite.

How we use this information

  • To send conversion data to Meta (Facebook). We share hashed personal information (email, phone, name) and your IP address, browser identifiers, and click ID with Meta via their Conversions API. This lets Meta measure ad performance and helps us optimize our ad campaigns.
  • To display tickets on this site. Event details are pulled from Eventbrite and shown on this site.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse. We log purchase events and webhook activity for debugging and security.

Data we share with third parties

  • Eventbrite: Eventbrite processes the actual ticket purchase. Their privacy policy applies to data you submit during checkout.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): We send hashed personal data and tracking identifiers to Meta via the Conversions API for ad attribution and optimization. See Meta's privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with any other third parties.

How long we keep your data

Browsing data, click IDs, and tracking events are automatically deleted after 90 days. Purchase data is retained by Eventbrite according to their own policies — we do not store credit card or payment information.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. You can also opt out of Meta's ad tracking via your Facebook ad preferences or by using browser tools like privacy mode or ad blockers, which will prevent the Meta pixel from loading on this site.

This site uses these cookies:

  • PHPSESSID — session cookie used for CSRF protection. Expires when you close your browser (or after 30 days).
  • _fbc — Facebook click ID, set when you arrive via a Facebook/Instagram ad. Expires after 90 days.
  • _fbp — Facebook browser ID set by Meta's pixel. Expires after 90 days.
